Next Steps

Following Step 1, Diagnose - your Home Performance Evaluation, we provide you with a report recommending the best solutions for your situation, as well as any rebates and incentives that apply. Then, you determine the repairs and upgrades to implement, and we begin the Energy Improvements. Once complete, we conduct a re-evaluation to verify the results.

 

STEP 2 - Recommend

GREENHOUSE EVALUATION REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS

After testing your home, we analyze the results and then we prepare your Evaluation Report, which includes areas we have found for improvement and the recommended repairs and upgrades to improve your home's Air Quality, Comfort, Energy Efficiency, and Safety – all within your budget.

 

STEP 3 - Prioritize

IMPROVEMENT PRIORITIZATION AND INCENTIVES

You review the report, and together we can prioritize the improvements to implement. We'll also show you how you may qualify for special financing or other incentives, where available.

 

STEP 4 - Improve

GREENHOUSE ENERGY IMPROVEMENTS

Based on the prioritized improvements, we prepare a detailed work proposal outlining the cost and schedule, and with your approval, we get to work.

 

STEP 5 - Inspect

QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTIONS

As a Home Performance with ENERGY STAR contractor, the California Building Performance Contractors Association (CBPCA) conducts third-party quality assurance inspections on each of our projects to verify that we maintain the highest standards for quality.

 

STEP 6 - Verify

GREENHOUSE VERIFICATION

Once the repairs and upgrades are complete, GREEN HOUSE will perform a second Home Performance Evaluation to verify the results. We then prepare and provide you with an Improvements Evaluation Report that shows the results and the differences in your home's energy efficiency and performance.

 

STEP 7 - Enjoy

Now it's time for you to enjoy your comfortable, safe, energy efficient home, and the utility bill savings that go along with it! And if you should ever decide to sell your home, you can enjoy its increased resale value as well.
